Debbie joined Orion in 1999 as Customer Service Manager and is currently Vice President, Operations for Imaginova's MultiChannel Commerce division. She is responsible for distribution and fulfillment, technical services, customer service, the outsourced call center, eCommerce information technology, and retail store operations.
Prior to joining Orion, Debbie was the Customer Service Manager for Frederick's of Hollywood for eight years, managing its in-house customer service department and outsourced call centers. Prior to Frederick's, she held several positions with United Airlines, including Operations Supervisor for its 250-seat call center.
