Tom was named CEO of Imaginova Corp. in October 2010. He has also served as Imaginova's Chief Financial Officer since October 2008, responsible for setting policies and overseeing all accounting and finance functions across the company. He originally joined Imaginova as Vice President of Finance and Administration in February 2005.

Tom has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, primarily in the media industry. Prior to joining Imaginova, he was with Geller and Company, a finance and accounting outsourcing firm, where he headed up financial planning and analysis for a major media and information services client. Previously, he has served as Chief Financial Officer for Institutional Investor, Inc. and Vice President of Finance for International Masters Publishers Inc. Earlier in his career, he held several positions at KPMG and the New York Power Authority.

Tom holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA in Financial Management from the Hagan School of Business at Iona College.
