What is Purpose of life?

The meaning of life, or the response to the question “What is the meaning of life?” is concerned with the significance of living or existence in general. Numerous more pertinent questions include “Why are we here?” “What is the point of life?” and “What is the point of existence?” Numerous proposed responses to these problems have come from a variety of cultural and ideological perspectives. Throughout history, the quest for meaning in life has generated a great deal of philosophical, scientific, religious, and metaphysical speculation. Individuals and societies have varying perspectives on the answer to this question. The meaning of life, as we understand it, is drawn from philosophical and theological reflections on, and scientific investigations into, existence, social ties, consciousness, and happiness. Numerous other questions are also at stake, including symbolism, ontology, value, purpose, ethics, good and evil, free will, the presence of one or more gods, and conceptions of God, the soul, and the afterlife. Scientific contributions are largely concerned with articulating connected scientific facts about the universe, with an emphasis on contextualising and parameterizing the “how” of life. Additionally, science investigates and makes recommendations regarding the pursuit of well-being and a related idea of morality. A humanistic perspective, on the other hand, presents the question, “What is the meaning of my life?”
